Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) is a collection of techniques, patterns, and strategies for assisting affective communication, personal growth and change and learning. NLP can also defined an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. Benefit of NLP are improved relationships, communication, motivation.

    1)      Students are told that they are going on

    2)      Check that they understand vocabulary

    3)      Students are asked relax

    4)      Asked the students to describe

    5)      Asked them to say again the sentence

    6)      Put a large pieces of paper

    7)      On other pieces of paper

    8)      Asked students to stand

   9)      Students write on the paper

Conclusion

It doesn’t consist of a set of techniques for teaching a language based on theories and assumption at the levels of an approach and a design. NLP practitioners belief that if language teachers adopt and use the principles of NLP, they will become more effective teachers.
